Been writing a letter to Ofcom demanding more subtitles on programmes and I have an answer back from Sky after my complaint the other day. The letter is because the online complaints form required the title of a specific programme to complain about, I had more ethan one. As they did not give direct email, instead they gave a telephone number! Obviously won’t be using that. So onto snail mail, definitely not as instant as email/telephone. Oh, the things i do to make myself heard!
